- With CampusNet Southern African Virtual School: To register your child for their American (FLVS Global) or CAPS-aligned curriculum and enable access to their Learner Management System (LMS).
- With Payment Processors: Such as your bank or Capitec, solely for fee collection.
- With Debt Collection Agencies: Only in cases of overdue accounts (e.g., “Accountability”), as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
- With Regulatory Authorities: If required by law or requested by the Information Regulator under POPIA.
All third parties are bound by confidentiality and POPIA-compliant data processing agreements.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:
- Secure digital storage (password-protected devices and encrypted email).
